Kristel Penn is an award-winning marketer who owns and operates IkigaiMarketing.com. Based on the Japanese concept of "Ikigai" (reason for being), Penn's unique approach to marketing helps clients to identify their own ikigai and maximize their reach. She also presents educational workshops around the country to help destigmatize the adult industry and porn consumption. 

She is the 2017 XBIZ Exec Award for Brand Ambassador of the Year, Managing Editor at Transformation Magazine, and a Founding Director of TAIF (Trans Adult Industry Foundation).  Recently she was nominated for the 2018 XBIZ Exec Award for Marketing Executive of the Year.
