Marika is the co-founder and owner of Kink Engineering, a Toronto-based latex bondage company and one of the largest latex sheeting distributors in North America.  For nearly a decade, Marika has proudly run an all-female team of crafters, designers and technicians.  Her goals with the company are to promote fair wages, good benefits for her staff and support up and coming latex designers.  Kink Engineering is also a fixture of the Toronto film industry, having worked on productions including Rocky Horror Picture Show, Suicide Squad, Pacific Rim and The Expanse.
