Tess is the CEO and founder of HersByDesign, an early stage Sex Tech venture based in London and New York City. HersByDesign creates technology and sexual devices that enable a woman to give pleasure in an empowered way – to herself and to her partner.

Tess was previously the director of a UK based creative marketing agency, and has spent her career advising technology companies on business strategy and marketing execution. HersByDesign was created to make a positive difference in the sexual lives of women, through design, technology and content.
